DialMaster
– Phone Management System
Complete PBX calls tracking solutions and scalable reporting capabilities
in line with paramount management procedures is the core purpose of
the DialMaster suite, a phone management system. The phone management
system is an all-inclusive suite developed to capture calls –both
incoming and outgoing from PABX. The data captured is then processed
to produce reports for use by the management for various decision-making
processes.
As the market dictates, the following are the functionalities that have
been developed in the phone management system:

retrieval from the PABX.
o System Parameter Configuration. For purposes of report generation,
